Well as you can see the fishing has really, and I mean really picked up. Not that it was ever slow but those few days after they raised our water flows up, it was a bit mossy and tough on the patience of the anglers, but know it's a different story. Water is holding steady around 2,300 cfs , the water is cool (51-53 degrees,) and the fish are hungry. The rock worms have been the ticket lately in sizes 14-18. In the mornings midge patterns, mainly black, sizes 18-22, and PMD and BWO nymphs in the afternoons sizes 18-22. Don't be afraid to throw on the reliable leeches. Natural and brown have been the most productive for us. I will honestly say folks this river is fishing as good as I have seen it. Take a break from the everyday grind and lets go fishing. We have plenty of room on our calendar for July and trust me, with these low water temps the fishing is going to stay way good for a good month or two. Keep us in mind and let us know if there is anything we can do for you. Get outside and take advantage of God's great gifts!!!
