Fishing Dries to Wedding Bells!!!!!!!

Hey there fishing friends and family. Well another one gets hitched. Jason and Nikki got married down in the Florida Keys this past week and of course Jason got some fishing in. A couple of firsts for him down there were one, he caught a PERMIT, and two, he caught a BRIDE. Yeah, not too many guys can get away with those two things at the same time, but Jason never seizes to amaze us. Well good luck to Jason and Nikki! May God bless you both!!!!
OK, so the weather here has been everything but cool, but the fish are still eating. I know I don't think the fish on the North Platte here around Casper ever stop. We have still had some good days of Dry Fly action, and the streamer fishing is still really good. We still are fishing PMD's, Yellow Sally's, Caddis, and we have been dropping them off the good ol' incredible edible HOPPER. Big ones too. The best thing about that is that we are actually getting a few fish eating the hopper. It is way cool to see on this part of the Platte for sure.

Oh yeah, this here brown was caught by Scott Reed on a big ol' streamer that I tied, haha. Good work Scott, fun day man!!!!
The little ones below are the Faxon kids and I think they might have out-fished their Dad that day, but you Might have to ask Greg on that one. I think Traci even out-fished him too. Just playin Greg.......

So, if you are thinking of something to do before the school year creeps any further get out there and wet a line. You can't go wrong.
Well, I will leave you with a couple more pics to try to give you some incentive to get your wheels a turnin'. Double on Dries!!!!!! Brown on Streamer!!

So, there you have it. The fishing is good, ALL the Hamrick boys are MARRIED (Edna thought that was never gonna happen) and LIFE IS GOOD!!!!!!
WOW that is a busy one, until next time.
God Bless!!!!
