Lumber Boys Strikes With a Vengeance!!!

Well the lumber boys out of Denver, CO came to Casper with their game faces on. They sure did hit the fishing right on time. We fished the flush one day and post flush a day and WOW did they catch some awesome fish. They caught an estimated 300 plus fish between 3 boats in 2 days. We had some success strippin natural and olive streamers but most of our fish were caught nymphing. The best bugs were the rock worm (size 14) and a mixture of little midges (black, brown, tan 18-20), crane fly larva, and leech patterns. These same patterns have continually worked throughout the past few days.
The spawn has taken off and there are lots of fish on the redds, SO PLEASE LET THE FISH SPAWN WITHOUT DISTURBING THEM IN ANY WAY. This means casting to, fishing for, and wading in their beds. PLEASE all of you COLORADO guides be conscious and respectful to OUR precious resource and stay off of the redds. If your flies are a couple of feet from your indicator, most likely you are fishing spawners.
